I bought a new camera today. I can't keep money, plus I have been being driven crazy by pixelly crap look of all my pictures blown up and the difficulty in focusing on something specific, so a thousand dollars later I am the proud new owner of a nikon d50. wooo. I havn't really gotten to use it yet. The battery is charging now.
I watched the news today, they had a bit at the end about Uganda and how these children are being kidknapped and made into soldiers who just kill and kidnap more people. It was about people who had ran away from the child army and were trying to return to their communities. It was very very very sad and aweful. It amazes me how people in such aweful situations find the will to live. I am not so strong. I get a huge swell of guilt for not appreciating how fortunate I am. I want to help them somehow.
